The Melbourne-based home chef is best known for her colourful table settings, step by step dishes and Chilli Oil recipe that took the internet by storm. Now with a dedicated Instagram following of over 60,000 it's hard to believe she only started creating Instagram cooking content a few short months ago.

Because, who doesn't love a good grazing board?
2. Vegetarian Egg Fried Rice
A quick dish when you have dietary requirements to adhere to or need something in 15 minutes. The tip with fried rice is to finely chop everything up into small pieces so it can cook evenly and in under 5 minutes in the pan.
3. Prawn and Ginger Wontons
So impressive and a lot easier than you think. The secret is chopping up half of your prawns and blitzing the other half so you get a smooth but also chunky texture when you take a bite of one of each wonton. Glistening in heaps of chilli oil of course, always.
4. Roasted Tomato and Garlic Linguine
It looks simple and it really is, but flavour wise it’s one of those magical dishes where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts and all the elements balance each other just perfectly. Perfect with a glass (or bottle) of Italian red wine.
5. Grilled Langoustines with Garlic, Butter and Parsley
So. much. yum. This recipe is simple and fresh and it’s a great way to learn how to start cooking seafood with few ingredients needed.
