WOMAN is a female led co-working community on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland that supports and empowers women in creative businesses to live a life of passion and purpose. Together, we help like-minded female creatives to navigate business through inspired conversation, in-person events and 24/7 access to practical tutorials via our online platform.

Over the years it has become more and more apparent that although our local community has some AMAZING creatives, we are often lacking the support, guidance and sense of family that we all need to thrive.

This is where the idea of Woman. was born. The idea of creating this accessible, 24/7 community for women working in the creative businesses. It just made sense. 

We’re so, SO excited for Woman. and the learnings, experiences, good times and most importantly friendships that are coming our way. Thank you for joining our club!

The Woman behind Woman

Hi, I'm Nic (on the left),

I've just taken the reins from beautiful Abby and Lucy to re-connect everyone and kick this thing up a notch.

For me, the highlight reel looks like several years in corporate marketing, an educated leap of faith into hubs and my first business (Create Estate), baby number one then two all while growing the business to 7+ figures. This has been my personal journey and while it ticked all the right boxes, I now know I wasn’t alone in the feelings of overwhelm, resentment and a loss of identity.

But it has shaped me for a purpose that’s now etched on my heart - to create a safe space for us to feel inspired, expand, nurture and discover our authentic selves alongside growing our creative business.

I’ve learnt some BIG, scary lessons and equally had some massive pinch-me moments. This is the space I wish I had access to a lot sooner and the answer to my missing piece of the puzzle - a community.

WOMAN is about helping like-minded mothers, friends and business owners to connect and work together rather than in isolation.

By sharing our collective knowledge and resources in all areas of life and business, Woman will become an invaluable source of advice and encouragement to living our best lives.
