I am interested in making works that sit between the figurative and abstract. I want to explore the liminal space that we inhabit, existing between different stages of light.
I think the sea and the shore is the perfection location to explore these themes, the ocean can go through so many moods in the blink of the eye. It's a consuming and such an atmospheric place that makes me feel a sense of belonging and yet also at the same time lost.
